It's been 48 hours since she had the fabulous opportunity to have a 9-inch Q-tip shoved up her nose and for her hawty doctor** to come back and tell her she indeed had the flu. I guess I thought Anna's first bout with a bug would be more eventful than it has been. Luckily, she only had a fever before her first round of Tylenol and hasn't really had any other symptoms since.
So, I guess all of this is code for : Can I freakin' go to Target now?! I'm bored out of my mind! I just finished watching 30 minutes of a women's snowboarding show titled Roxy Chicken Jam and I'm actually looking forward to Lisa Ling's investigation on the Oprah show today.

I'm new to this whole mom thing, but as long as she hasn't had a fever for over 24 hours, she's considered not contagious anymore, right? I mean, I wouldn't want anyone else to get sick, but homegirl has a busy schedule this weekend and a few new hair bows are needed ASAP. I'm pretty sure the only bug at our house is the Love Bug:
